Abstract
通过化学气相渗透(CVI)法结合反应熔体浸渗(RMI)法制备了三维针刺C/C-SiC-FeSi2复合材料,系统研究了C/C-SiC-FeSi2对比C/C-SiC复合材料在干燥和潮湿2种制动工况下的摩擦性能.结果表明:在干燥工况下,C/C-SiC-FeSi2对比C/C-SiC复合材料在不同制动初速度下摩擦系数更接近于既有高速动车组钢质摩擦副,摩擦系数相对稳定且具有较低磨损率;在潮湿工况下,C/C-SiC-FeSi2摩擦性能未出现衰减,且比C/C-SiC摩擦系数更稳定.
