Abstract
为了满足重型柴油机国Ⅵ排放法规的新要求,对部分流颗粒稀释系统采用预判控制,并进行WHTC瞬态试验循环,同时与在线控制模式及全流稀释取样系统的结果进行比较.结果表明,基于预判控制的部分流系统能够进行精确的比例取样,与在线控制模式相比,采样误差减小了64.2%,且将采样流量和排气流量之间的相关系数提高到0.95以上.以全流稀释取样系统结果为基准,颗粒PM的测试精度提高了42.4%.
