金门隧道下穿既有双向两车道省道,该省道路况复杂,交通量大,公路内侧上边坡为陡峭的顺层斜坡,裂隙发育强烈,滑动临界面正对公路.若隧道施工措施不当可能引发顺层斜坡滑移,危及隧道施工以及省道正常通行.通过对公路边坡加固防护,并结合洞口零开挖进洞、加长套拱、控制爆破震速等综合措施,确保隧道施工安全通过省道.
