Abstract
MQ4032管子装卸起重机全船共2台,被布置于A甲板F36～F138船的左右两侧.其导轨共4根,安装在F38～F136之间,导轨长68.6 m,每根导轨采取分段、焊接的方法制作.焊接变形会严重影响导轨完工尺寸的精度,甚至会造成导轨的报废.根据焊接机理和变形规律提出控制、矫正焊接变形的工艺措施和方法,获得了一定的实际效果.
