道路交通安全一直是我国各大城市常抓不懈的治理目标.文章从"人-车-路"的视角下,分析了衢州市道路安全事故中的人为因素、车辆因素以及道路因素,并针对这三方面存在的问题提出切实可行的改善措施,为降低衢州市道路交通安全事故发生率提供理论指导,也为我国各大城市道路安全治理提供一定的借鉴.
