Abstract
为了提高统一电能质量控制器(unified power quality conditioner,UPQC)的控制精度和响应速度,文章在同步旋转坐标系的基础上,提出了一种新颖的三相电流谐波和单相电压跌落检测方法.控制器检测出电压和电流的补偿指令后,在谐波电流补偿时结合经典的双闭环控制,同时在电压跌落补偿时引入电压电流双闭环控制.样机试验结果表明:UPQC抑制电压暂降的响应时间小于10 ms,电压和电流的谐波补偿率大于90%,电流和电压的THD均控制在国标范围内,电网保持单位功率因数.
