Abstract
使用Gumbel分布处理汽车消声器冷凝液腐蚀试验第5个周期、11个周期、20个周期点蚀深度数据,使用最小二乘法对参数进行估值,计算回归期由小样本引起的点蚀深度的统计极值.建立试验周期与回归期下最大腐蚀深度的数学模型.在开发汽车消声器高耐蚀性新材料时,通过所建立的数学模型,比较新材料与传统材料的耐蚀性差异,计算新材料理论厚度,实现零部件减薄0.2 mm.
