Abstract
利用珩磨机床对某过共晶硅铝合金缸体进行缸筒网纹珩磨试验,探究过共晶硅铝合金缸体网纹珩磨工艺方法.结果表明,由粗珩、半精珩、精珩、硅开放4道工序组成的珩磨方案,能够实现过共晶硅铝合金缸体网纹珩磨加工.试验结束后检测网纹珩磨精度,满足过共晶硅铝合金缸体工作面微观特征参数要求.
