工艺条件对零件热成形影响的数值模拟研究

Abstract
为了更清楚地了解热成形零件的成形特性,制定更为合理的热冲压成形工艺,采用有限元数值模拟方法,对某车型B柱零件的热成形过程进行数值模拟,分析不同摩擦系数和压边力工艺条件下热成形零件的成形情况.结果显示,摩擦系数、压边力对零件的成形性能影响较大,适当降低零件成形时的摩擦系数,同时增大压边力,有利于提高零件的成形性能.
