借助1∶1制动动力试验台对高铁用铸钢轴装制动盘进行1∶1摩擦磨损试验,通过制动能量的累计,制动盘表面出现大量热裂纹,文章通过裂纹源的分析,裂纹形成的顺序,热裂纹扩展形式以及制劝盘结构对热裂纹的影响等方面进行简要分析,得出铸钢轴盘热裂纹形成及扩展机理.
