Abstract
对跳动超差原因鱼刺图中的项点进行逐一分析,得出牵引齿轮与联轴节组装后跳动超差原因为端面齿精磨时存在偏磨,通过采取控制联轴节本身外圆跳动、端面齿与外圆垂直度等措施,将跳动检查合格率提高到90％以上,提高了联轴节跳动检查的一次合格率.
