Abstract
本文运用流体计算软件对某轻型卡车除霜风道的除霜性能进行了分析,通过风道各出风口的流量配比、风道内部流线及挡风玻璃速度云图,来考察风道的除霜性能;参考国标要求,关注前挡玻璃风速不足1.5m/s区域,对除霜风道进行优化,优化后的除霜风道内部流线、前挡玻璃速度云图等有明显改善,优化了车辆的除霜性能.
