分层酸化、注水一体化管柱的研制及应用

Abstract
针对常规完井工艺不能一趟管柱完成注水井的分层酸化、分层注水施工的现状,设计了分层酸化、注水一体化管柱.该管柱主要由封隔器、酸化注水一体化配水器、定压配水器和洗井阀等组成,通过油管加压以及投球等操作,实现由下至上逐层酸化.现场19口井的应用情况表明,该管柱施工成功率100%,层段合格率均达到85%,实现了2层分注井的分层酸化、分层注水一体化完井,节约了作业成本,缩短了占井时间.该技术不改变现有投捞调配工艺,施工简单易行.
