Abstract
为优化充填液压支架整体的框架结构,对充填支架整体进行简单的力学分析,采用UG对液压支架顶梁进行实体建模设计,应用Ansys Workbench对项梁进行有限元分析,得到了危险工况下的应力分布和位移变化.以此为基础,以顶梁体质量为优化目标,顶板厚度、项梁主筋板厚度和高度设为变量,对顶梁主要尺寸进行优化设计.优化后,顶梁主筋板厚度减少2mm,顶板厚度减小4mm,主筋板高度增加8mm,共减轻质量197.65kg,为验证顶梁优化结果的正确性,重新对优化后顶梁的三维模型进行了虚拟强度试验,试验结果表明:顶梁在两端荷载工况下满足强度要求.
