Abstract
目的 探讨沉默膜联蛋白A2(AA2)对口腔细胞癌KB细胞迁移侵袭能力的影响.方法 转染siRNA-AA2至KB细胞沉默AA2的表达,PCR实验验证沉默效果,Transwell实验检测细胞侵袭的能力,划痕实验检测各组细胞迁移能力.结果 与对照组比较,si-AA2组细胞中AA2表达量显著降低(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,si-AA2组中KB细胞穿膜细胞数量显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);划痕细胞24 h和48 h后,si-AA2组的愈合面积相对于对照组显著减少(P＜0.05).结论 干扰AA2基因表达可抑制口腔细胞癌KB细胞迁移侵袭能力.
