Abstract
选取2018年3月—9月参加长航任务后来院疗养的122名官兵作为研究对象,在疗养期间对其采取综合疗养措施,并用疲劳评定量表(FAI)对入院和出院时的疲劳状况进行测评.通过比较分析,证实综合疗养措施可有效地改善长航海勤人员的疲劳状况.
