Abstract
麻醉门诊因其可满足日间手术的要求、缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用、提高医疗资源使用效率而逐渐被国内一些大型三甲医院所采用.中华医学会麻醉学分会前主任委员于布为教授早在2012年提出,建立患者术前评估中心(麻醉科门诊)势在必行[1].笔者所在医院于2014年建立麻醉门诊,目前在优化麻醉访视流程、提高麻醉前评估质量等方面取得一定成效,现总结如下.
