患者,男,51岁.因乏力、纳差4d于2016年5月30日入院.入院前因视物不清自行服用新鲜草药阴地蕨(每天约50 g煮汤,分3次服用)2d后,自觉全身乏力明显,阵发性胸闷、呼吸困难,伴有上腹不适、食欲缺乏、肢体麻木,小便颜色变深,为浓茶水样.患者既往身体健康,无药物过敏史.体格检查:体温36.4℃,脉搏78 bpm,呼吸20次/min,血压130/80 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) .
