Abstract
患者,男,35岁,体质量65 kg.因全身大面积烧伤后双手瘢痕挛缩拟在全身麻醉下行双手瘢痕松解植皮术(系第3次住院手术).入院检查HB 105 g/L,GLU 8.9 mmol/L,其他未见明显异常.患者禁食12h,术前30 min肌注苯巴比妥0.1g、阿托品0.5 mg.入手术室后常规SPO2、BP、HR、心电监测.查血压116/75 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心率109次/min,SPO296％.开放外周静脉后平衡液输注.
