Abstract
丙泊酚具有起效快、时效短、苏醒迅速而完全等特点,特别适合门诊短小手术应用.但丙泊酚镇痛作用弱,对呼吸、循环有明显抑制.2004年我院开展将丙泊酚加小剂量芬太尼麻醉用于妇科门诊手术3000例,选其中100例患者观察其麻醉效果及对呼吸、循环功能的影响.
