本组300例.男249例,女51例.年龄20～88岁.Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭170例,其中ARDS 35例,肺栓塞20例.Ⅱ型呼衰130例,其中溺水40例,合并其它心、肺血管病21例.插管方法与结果:本组患者全部选用嘉兴苏江医疗器械厂生产的FL-Q型一次性气管插管,直径5.5～7.5mm.清醒患者首先1%地卡因喷鼻腔及咽部,每次3喷,间隔1min,共3次.
