Abstract
Alport综合征(Alpont Syndrome AS)是最常见的遗传性肾脏病之一,发病率为1∶10000～1∶5000,由编码Ⅳ型胶原的基因发生突变所致.局灶节段性肾小球硬化(focal segmental glomerulosclerosis,FSGS)是儿童和成人常见的原发性肾小球疾病,其发病与肾小球滤过屏障受损有关.临床上二者同时罹患的病例鲜有报道,现回顾性分析Alport综合征合并局灶节段性肾小球硬化1例.
