Abstract
目的 探讨结核抗体试剂盒对肺结核与非肺部结核病的临床应用价值.方法 用ELISA测定法、ICT结核卡和TB-DOT法对患者血清中特异性结核抗体进行检测.结果 3种结核抗体检测性能较接近,ELISA法阳性率较高.结论 快速结核抗体检测对于非肺部结核也有较高的阳性率,可为临床提供简便易行的判断指标.
