Abstract
目的:总结急性重症胰腺炎的内科综合治疗的经验.方法:回顾28例急性重症胰腺炎的诊断治疗经验.结果:全组24例患者经内科综合治疗而治愈,2例中转手术治疗,死亡2例,病死率7.14%.结论:急性重症胰腺炎的内科综合治疗疗效显著,强调加强监护、抑制胰腺分泌、中西医结合治疗、早期使用广谱抗生素、营养支持治疗、及早腹腔灌洗、胰外器官功能支持.
