硬膜外阻滞在我国还是较为常用的麻醉方法.本观察旨在通过硬脊膜外腔少量多次注药阻滞法用于老年下肢手术病人,并与传统注药法对比,观察麻醉效果及对血液动力学的影响,以了解硬膜外少量多次注药用于老年手术病人的可行性及安全性.
