Abstract
目的:优选补血催乳口服液提取工艺.方法:以L9(34)正交试验对影响补血催乳口服液提取效果的料液比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)优选,以黄芪甲苷、丹参酮ⅡA含量作为指标综合评价,进行最佳提取工艺的优选.结果:药材最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,浸泡1h后煎煮2次,每次2h.结论:优选的口服液提取工艺简便、稳定,可用于批量生产.
