Abstract
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,内分泌治疗是激素受体阳性乳腺癌治疗中重要的治疗手段,他莫昔芬是绝经前乳腺癌患者主要的激素治疗药物,服用他莫昔芬的乳腺癌患者在治疗过程中及后期复诊中常合并有脂肪肝,本文就他莫昔芬治疗后诱发非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)的发病机制及相关治疗进行综述.
