Abstract
目的:探讨纤维支气管镜下采取冷冻治疗支气管结核气道狭窄患者的临床疗效及安全性.方法:回顾性分析兰州市肺科医院支气管结核并发支气管狭窄患者78例,经纤维支气管镜下冷冻治疗,观察临床疗效和并发症,随访半年.结果:78例患者均顺利完成治疗,治疗过程中无严重并发症.结论:采用纤维支气管镜下冷冻治疗支气管结核并发气道狭窄,具有较好的疗效和较佳的安全性.
