Abstract
干细胞niche是干细胞生存的微环境,通过与干细胞之间的直接和/或间接作用影响干细胞的命运,在维持干细胞自我更新和分化过程中起着极为关键的作用.niche功能异常使得正常干细胞转变成肿瘤干细胞,从而涉及肿瘤的发生发展.在肿瘤转移的过程中niche承担着重要的作用.
