特发性震颤是临床常见运动障碍性疾病,药物治疗虽为其首选方法,但难以有效控制病情进展,外科手术是目前重要的替代治疗选择.其中,磁共振引导下聚焦超声以其无创性、无电离辐射、可于术中实时监测治疗靶点温度和形态等优势成为良好的替代外科治疗方法,通过对其发展史、治疗原理、治疗靶点的选择、治疗效果、不良反应等方面研究进展的综述,有助于全面评价其临床应用价值.
