Abstract

患者女性,29岁.因发作性抽搐20余天,于2018年11月2日入院.患者入院前20天无明显诱因出现头晕,以及肢体麻木、抽搐,抽搐过程中双眼向右凝视、四肢屈曲僵硬,发作时伴意识障碍,约持续10分钟,即刻送至当地医院急诊,予地西泮10 mg静脉注射后症状缓解.患者意识恢复后不能忆及发作过程,病程中伴头痛、视物模糊、语言笨拙、反应迟钝、表情淡漠、饮水呛咳,有时行为幼稚,并间断出现发作性头部抖动和四肢不自主舞蹈样动作,每次持续数分钟,每日发作20～30次.
