Abstract
目的 分析以位置性眩晕为表现的眩晕疾病的临床诊断情况.方法 回顾性研究分析112例以位置性眩晕就诊患者的临床特点及诊断结果 .结果 112例患者中诊断为良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)89例,前庭性偏头痛15例,前庭神经炎3例,后循环缺血3例,桥小脑角肿瘤1例,Arnold-Chiari畸形1例.结论 详细的病史询问、准确的系统查体及全面的辅助检查是准确诊断位置性眩晕的关键.
