Abstract
目的:桂灵片中五味子醇甲含量测定方法的建立.方法:采用Agilent-Poroshell 120 SB-C18色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(55:45);测定波长:250nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1;柱温:35℃.结果:五味子醇甲进样量在0.0208μg～0.2084μg之间与峰面积呈现良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率(n=6)为96.83％.结论:本方法准确性好,操作简便,为桂灵片中五味子的质量控制提供了参考.
