偏头痛(migraine)作为常见的神经系统疾病,困扰着近1/5人群的日常生活,降低患者生活质量,损害神经血管系统?卒中作为高致残率?高致死率的全球性疾病,威胁着以老年人为主的各年龄层人群,其中青年卒中(<50岁)约占10%~15%,病因各异,且尚有原因未被探明,因此对青年卒中的预防及干预成为热议话题?偏头痛,尤其是先兆性偏头痛(migraine with aura,MA)作为卒中及青年卒中的危险因素之一,与卒中的关系密切且复杂,成为不可忽视的临床疾病[1-2]?
