Abstract
探讨Child-Pugh B级肝细胞癌(HCC)患者接受立体定向放疗(SBRT)的疗效和安全性.对36例Child-Pugh B级HCC患者行SBRT.观察总生存期(OS)、无进展生存期(PFS)、局部控制率(LC)及生存率.监测放射性肝病(RILD)发生率.HCC患者OS为19.5个月,中位PFS为15.0个月,LC为87.5％,治疗后6、12、18、24个月的生存率为100％,81％,47％和19％.RILD发生率22.2％.SBRT治疗Child-Pugh B级的HCC患者安全有效.
