Abstract
气象干旱已成为全球环境与经济变化影响下的重大自然灾害之一.气象干旱可能通过影响呼吸道相关病原体传播速度、人群免疫力等使呼吸道传染病的发病率上升.本文就近十余年气象干旱与呼吸道传染病关系的研究做简要回顾,发现气象干旱导致呼吸道传染病的发病率大幅度升高,主要是由于增加呼吸道病原体载量及降低了人群抵抗力.
