Abstract
中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)是中性粒细胞释放的一种弹性蛋白酶,可导致肺的通透屏障功能破坏和促炎细胞因子释放引起急性肺损伤(ALI),与ALI的发生与发展密切相关,本文就NE、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂(NEI)、急性肺损伤的研究现状及NEI在急性肺损伤中的应用作如下综述,以期为治疗急性肺损伤提供新的思路.
