大连湾牡蛎蛋白的分离提取及分子量测定

Abstract
以大连湾牡蛎为实验材料.首先采用冰醋酸粗提法提取牡蛎蛋白,然后用葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex-G100)进行柱层析分离,SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳分离蛋白,Kodak凝胶成像分析仪分析及测定分子量.结果显示大连湾牡蛎中含有分子量为55kd的牡蛎特征蛋白,同时分离出其它4种蛋白质,分子量介于33.0~63.4kd之间.
