采用氨吹脱+铁碳微电解/H2O2法联合预处理高浓度焦化废水,研究了各工段的运行参数.结果表明,氨吹脱实验最佳控制参数是曝气量为10 L/min,吹脱时间为3h,pH为11.0;铁碳微电解/H2O2最佳控制参数是反应时间为160 min,初始pH为3,H2O2的最佳投加量为80 mL/L,铁碳填料投加量为300 g/L.在上述工艺条件下,该集成技术对COD和挥发酚的去除率均分别在87%以上和91%以上,B/C比从0.11提高到0.48.研究结果可为该类废水处理工程实践提供参考和指导.
