磷硅酸铝钙防锈颜料的制备及性能测定

Abstract
用三乙醇胺处理磷酸铝钙表面,加入纳米Al2(SiO3)3、纳米CaSiO3包覆沉积,60℃下经过4 h的反应,制备了磷硅酸铝钙,并以其为防锈颜料,制备了水性醇酸树脂涂料并考察了其性能.实验结果表明,以磷硅酸铝钙为防锈颜料制备的水性醇酸树脂涂料,各项性能都符合水性醇酸树脂涂料行业标准HB/T 4847-2015.此外,磷硅酸铝钙的耐盐雾性能优于磷酸锌,和红丹接近,可作为红丹和铬酸盐等有毒防锈颜料的替代品.
