丙酮氰醇法制甲基丙烯酸甲酯酯化反应研究

Abstract
采用丙酮氰醇与质量分数100％硫酸反应后得到的酰胺溶液与甲醇、水进行反应,生成甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),考察了反应配比、反应温度及反应时间对反应的影响.实验表明在n(甲醇)∶n(酰胺)=1.8∶1,n(水)∶n(酰胺)=2.0∶1,反应温度110～120℃,反应时间2h的工艺条件下,MMA产率最高.
