Abstract
针对聚醚生产装置工艺废气中含有环氧丙烷(PO)、环氧乙烷(Eo)和二甲胺等污染物的情况,通过Aspen Plus软件对聚醚装置工艺废气洗涤塔的吸收操作进行了模拟设计,并与实际生产进行了对比.结果表明,在满足污染物排放浓度低于80mg/m3要求的情况下,洗涤塔的操作温度、压力和理论塔板数模拟参数值与实测值基本吻合,该方法对指导聚醚废气洗涤塔的设计和实际操作具有一定的作用.
