熔体静电纺水溶液接收法制备三维自组装PET纤维膜

Abstract
采用平板与不同浓度的氯化钠(NaCl)溶液为接收介质制备熔体静电纺聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)纤维膜,并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)探讨了水溶液接收法对PET纤维膜几何结构、纤维形貌及热学性质的影响.结果表明,水溶液接收可制备三维锥状结构的纤维膜,随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加纤维膜的厚度逐渐降低,而纤维膜底面半径与锥角逐渐增加.以0.5mol/L NaCl溶液为接收介质制得的PET纤维膜的厚度为35.9mm,玻璃化温度为72.32℃,结晶温度为127.97℃,熔融温度为254.25℃,结晶度为15.5%.
