Abstract
结合长庆油田生产管理体系和生产工艺特点,研究形成了长庆油田能耗定额体系,采用在某一时期区间内统计平均值和最小值进行计算,考虑归一化,对计算结果进行修正,形成了长庆油田能耗定额均值制定法,有效破解了目前能耗定额缺乏统计公式的难题.
