Abstract
随着西北电网新能源的快速发展与直流外送规模持续扩大,当前多直流、高比例新能源电网应对严重扰动能力不足,电网的暂态稳定问题制约了直流外送水平和新能源消纳能力.定性分析了大功率直流冲击、高占比新能源对电网稳定性影响,从加强电网规划、强化电网安全稳定三道防线、加强新能源发电低电压穿越适应性及新技术应用等方面,提出了增强电网稳定水平的措施.
