Abstract
针对公司生产的大型高牌号灰铸铁发动机机体铸造工艺进行分析,根据铸件结构特点进行铸造工艺设计,同时针对大型铸件铸造中常出现的尺寸精度低、缩松、气孔等主要铸造缺陷进行了分析并给出合理的解决方案,并利用铸造模拟技术对该铸造工艺进行了数值模拟分析.
