低固相超高温钻井液的研究及应用

Abstract
针对华北油田杨税务潜山地区储层温度极高,压力中等偏低,且存在大段非均质碳酸盐,目前周边井尚无密度1.20 g/cm3、抗温220℃左右水基钻井液体系成功应用实例的问题,研发了一套低固相超高温钻井液体系.该体系密度在1.10 g/cm3~1.20 g/cm3可调、抗温可达220℃,流变性良好,包被抑制性、携岩性和封堵造壁性强.该体系应用于安探4X井超高温井段,成功解决了低密度情况下低固相难实现的难题,取得了较好的应用效果.这为该区块其他超高温井的顺利钻进积累了丰富的经验,也为后续华北油田超深井的施工打下了坚实的基础.
