埋地保温管道和非保温管道停输温降规律对比研究

Abstract
针对非保温、新建保温和在役多年保温三种保温效果差异性较大的热油管道,通过数值模拟,对比研究了其在停输过程中油温的变化规律和热力性能差异.结果表明:对于管段首端,停输时间较短时非保温管道的停输温降速率和温降幅度要大于保温管道,但随着停输时间延长,非保温管道的停输温降速率逐渐变小,同时非保温管道的停输油温开始高于保温效果较差管道的油温;对于管段末端,停输过程中非保温管道油温始终低于保温管道,但非保温管道停输温降速率总体要小于保温管道.针对不同管段保温效果不同的管道模拟也表明:非保温管道的降温速率并不一定是最快的.因此,在生产运行管理中,要注意保温管道与非保温管道在停输过程中的热力差异性,结合仿真模拟科学决策,杜绝简单惯性思维.
