环保型聚合物胶束钻井液评价与应用

Abstract
准噶尔盆地中拐井区白垩系和侏罗系中上部地层存在大段强水敏性软质泥岩,水化膨胀后易缩径卡钻,侏罗系含煤层易掉块、坍塌,石炭系地层岩性复杂、地层压力高、裂缝发育,易发生油气水侵和火成岩垮塌.为提高井壁稳定性,降低复杂事故发生率,选用聚合物胶束钻井液在JL39井二开段运用,钻井液主要配方成分为0.2%聚束剂HMP(分子量1600万)+0.5%~0.7%聚束剂HMP(分子量500~600万)+1%胺基硅醇抑制剂HAS+2%无荧光封堵剂HBJ-3+2%温压成膜剂HCM+1%润滑剂合成脂HLB+0.5%聚合物降滤失剂HFL、1.5%HFL-2.应用效果表明,该钻井液具有性能稳定,封堵、防塌能力和携岩、清洁能力强等优点,在二开段机械钻速达7.26 m/h,较邻井JL30缩短钻井工期14 d,建议在相似复杂地层推广应用.
