六种裂解粗C9预加氢催化剂的性能研究

Abstract
以劣质裂解粗C9为原料,在实验室先后评价了6种镍系催化剂的加氢精制性能.根据原料性质合理调整工艺操作参数,控制反应压力2.8 MPa,新鲜油体积空速0.8h-1,稀释比(2~4)∶1(产品:新鲜油),氢与新鲜油体积比600.协调控制入口温度、原料油稀释比及催化剂床层温升,实现了过程平稳控制、产品溴价较新鲜油降低50%以上.试验结果表明,目前市场上常见的6种可用于裂解粗C9的预加氢镍系催化剂,从综合性能看,N-1,Y-14和K-6三种催化剂加氢精制性能较优.
